• Visual supports first. Icons, clear layouts, and minimal clutter — because cognitive load matters.
• Differentiation by default. Level variations built in, not bolted on.
• No-prep for teachers. Print, hand out, run group. That's the whole flow.
• Respectful of neurodiversity. Resources built with — and for — the learners who use them.
